|At Southern Digital we have been in business since 1994 providing service and support to our valued customers. In addition we have been an active model railroaders for over 40 years focusing primarily in N-Scale. All of the products we sell are used on our company railroad, this way we can service your needs better. We have tried many products for our company railroad and have settled on the items we sell because we feel they are the best in the business.|

|Southern Digital does NOT share, sell or give customer data to any other companies or individuals. Our customer data base is housed on a stand alone and secure computer that is isolated from all outside communications (no modem or internet connection, etc).|
|Southern Digital Return Policy|
|We are confident you will be satisfied with the quality and reliability of all the products you purchase at Southern Digital. In the event you are not satisfied with any of the products we will happily give you a "FULL" refund with in 30 days of your purchase (less shipping and handling charges). Simply give us a call on (770) 929-1888 for a "Return Authorization" number. Once we have determined the products are in good working order in their original packaging a Full refund will be issued. (If Decoder wires have been cut we will NOT be able to accept them on refunds).|
|Warranties & Guarantees|
|All of our products are guaranteed by the manufacturer's, if you are having a problem with the product give us a call and we can help you trouble shoot your problem to determine what's wrong. In the event Warranty service is required we highly suggest sending the product directly to the manufacturer for the fastest turnaround. Below you will find a list of manufacturers that can perform warranty work.|
|After you have completed your selections you will be asked, in the check-out portion of your order, your preference for delivery. You can select from two different carriers, U.S. Mail and United Parcel Service. All services are available from them.
West Coast: If you are on the West Coast (California, Oregon, Washington, etc.) we have found when using UPS it only cost's a Dollar or two to ship your package 3 Day select. Otherwise it takes 5+ business days for delivery. It's a bargain. Also, if your package weighs less then 1 pound (most decoder orders) the least expensive and fastest way to the west coast is U.S. Priority Mail.

|The following store hours are for support and telephone orders, you can use our on-line Shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We pull orders twice a day. If you get your order in before 08:00 a.m. it will be shipped the same day.|
